Normal picture lights need wiring in the wall, either mains voltage or low voltage, installed according to current safety guidelines.
Other picture lights require you to drill holes and use screws to fix them, or they have a clip that attaches to the picture, needing a stable frame of a certain size.

How can it work without wires and without batteries?

CleverLite uses this mirror to redirect a part of your existing downlight’s output to the object you want to illuminate. The remainder of the light simply passes through unchanged, allowing you to enjoy the original function of your recessed light as well. It even appearsThe good news is that our eyes are not linear. When they see half the light it appears to be more than half. And you can always switch to a stronger bulb if you want. to be nearly as bright as before.

Result: now you have two light beams instead of one – that’s even better than an adjustable recessed light!
